	Michael O'Neill - Chief Executive Michael O’Neill is the CEO of National Seniors Australia Limited. Michael joined National Seniors in August 2006 and is responsible to the Board for all of National Seniors' membership, representative and commercial operations. An Economist by training Michael has extensive experience in managing representative bodies having led Queensland and National groups in the agricultural and mining sectors. He has also operated his own consulting and agricultural businesses.

	Geoff Trollip - Deputy Chief Executive and Company Secretary Geoff, a Chartered Accountant, has had an extensive business career in Australia and overseas, covering many varied industries including manufacturing, oil and mineral exploration, education, disability and agricultural member groups. He was a Director and Trustee of a national superannuation fund for eight years to December 2007 when he joined National Seniors. Apart from assisting the CEO in all aspects of the businesses, he oversees the financial and administration matters for all companies, Human Resources, IT, national partnerships, commercial relationships in conjunction with the membership/marketing team and works directly with the State Management across the country.
