Login Tips

First time login

If you have never logged into the National so, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on ‘Member Login’ at the top of any page
  2. Enter your member number and password (your password is your surname in all lower case)
  3. Click ‘Sign in’
  4. If your surname does not work in all lower case please try with a capital on the first letter
  5. Once logged in, please proceed to change your password to something more secure in the Member Area

Have you been a member since the 1990s?

If you are a long-standing member and cannot login using the above information, please attempt the login with the last number of your membership number removed. If you are still unable to enter the site, please email our Website Administrator at web@nationalseniors.com.au


Have you misplaced your password?

If you have changed your password but misplaced it, please click on "Forgotten your password?".  Enter your member number and click "Recover Password". An email with your login details will be sent to your registered email adress.

NOTE: if you have not supplied National Seniors with your current email address, this function will not work and you will need to contact our Membership Department on 1300 76 50 50. 

Are you a new member attempting to access Member Rewards?

Access to Member Rewards will be activated within two business days of joining National Seniors. Should you have any access problems following this timeframe, please email web@nationalseniors.com.au.
