Peter is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Directors, a former Finance Director of Burmah Castrol Australia Limited and formerly a Commercial Director with BP Australia Limited. Peter is currently employed as the Chief Financial Officer with the St Vincent DePaul Society in Sydney. Peter has over 30 years' experience in the accounting and finance area and has also been involved in assisting the community by working with YMCA and Outward Bound Australia. Peter is also a member of the National Seniors Australia Audit and Risk Committee.

Peter is Deputy Chairman of National Seniors Australia Limited. He was appointed as a Director of National Seniors Community Foundation Limited and National Seniors Foundation Limited on 22 June 2010. Peter is Chairman of Vincent Care Victoria and Vincent Care Community Housing. He is also a Director PJ Governance Pty Ltd. He has wide experience in public policy including senior positions in the Australian and Victorian public service. Peter is also a member of the National Seniors Australia Audit and Risk Committee.

Valerie is a Director of National Seniors Australia Limited, National Seniors Community Foundation Limited and National Seniors Foundation Limited. Valerie has wide experience in public and social policy, having held the role of Director of the Australian government’s Affirmative Action Agency, and is currently a member of the NSW government’s Ministerial Advisory Committee on Ageing.
