    How healthy are you?

A new international report released today by BUPA shows Australia is a nation in denial about its obesity epidemic.

According to the research, only one third of Australians consider themselves overweight, yet their Body Mass Index (BMI) revealed six in ten are overweight or obese.

Internationally, the BMI figures position Australia in third place behind the Americans and Saudis as one of the most obese nations from the 12 countries surveyed.

Older Australians are most likely to be unaware they are overweight.

Do you agree with the findings?

How healthy do you think you are?
