Volunteering with INSTEP is not just an opportunity to give back to the community by volunteering, but it is also a chance to learn and experience Indigenous culture in a way that most people have no access to. We need you

Volunteers are needed to assist in Indigenous communities in several communities in North Queensland, the Northern Territory, the Gascoyne region of Western Australia, Sunnybank in Brisbane and Torres Strait.

As a guide we are seeking volunteers with experience in any of the following areas but everyone has something to offer:

• Education and youth engagement
• Reading with children
• Sports coaching
• After school and school holiday activities
• Business Assistance
• Market garden set-up
• Construction and maintenance
• Health and community wellbeing
• Mentoring young mums 
  
• Justice advisory
• Accounting and budgeting assistance
• Mentoring community leaders
