INSTEP and National Seniors Community Foundation were established in February 2007 as a community service initiative and charity.

We rely on donations and grants to fund our services, all of which are focused on Indigenous communities gaining skills and working towards self-sufficiency and independence.

The gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians is significant and as senior Australians we are able to bring years of experience to Indigenous communities.
