National Seniors Foundation Trust was established in 1983. It was a time when retirement incomes and ageing public policy were barely on the political horizon.
The Foundation Trust saw a need for a charitable organisation that would challenge the outdated image that existed of ageing. Instead, it would promote new more positive images of ageing and offer a unique opportunity for seniors to assist other seniors.
Many years have since passed and National Seniors Foundation Trust has achieved all this and more. By inviting participation from the community, business and National Seniors members, today the Foundation Trust is a spearhead for change, helping to build a better future.
