Comprising one third of the voting population, the over 50s in NSW hold considerable electoral sway.

In the lead up to the 2011 state election, we are demanding a greater focus on senior-specific issues such as cost of living pressures, age discrimination and access to health services.

Election Priorities

National Seniors has released an Election Priorities Document, which highlights issues for action which our 60,000 members in NSW – together with the wider senior’s community - see as important for the incoming Government to address.

These priorities seek to build a healthier, more productive and fairer NSW.
