4. Fire or smoke 
5. Impact damage 
6. Lightning or thunderbolt 
7. Malicious acts 
8. Riot or civil commotion 
9. Storm, rainwater or run-off 
10. Theft, burglary or housebreaking 
11. Water or other liquid damage
